Die AEROSTUFFY Boxen sind für ein langes Produktleben entwickelt. Es ist uns ein Herzensanliegen, dich zu unterstützen, wenn einmal ein Defekt oder Verschleiß
auftritt.
Unser Versprechen:
- 2 Jahre Garantie auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler
- Lebenslange Ersatzteilversorgung – solange CAGOON als Hersteller am Markt ist
- Reparatur-Service in unserer Manufaktur in Prutting
- Kostenloser Rückversand per DHL-Retourenlabel in jedem Garantie- oder Reparaturfall
Bei einem Defekt oder Verlust (z. B. des Tragegurts) schick uns bitte eine E-Mail mit Sachverhalt und passenden Fotoaufnahmen an reparatur@cagoon-products.de. Wir kümmern uns um dein Anliegen.
Standard-Ersatzteile wie Trennwand, Tragegurt, Motivplatte, Einkaufs-Chip, Magnete und Schrauben findest du direkt in unserer Zubehör-Kollection zum Nachbestellen.

GARANTIE / WARRANTY
Die EBERT BG GmbH gewährt eine Herstellergarantie gegenüber ihren Endkunden. Für alle CAGOON AEROSTUFFY Multifunktionsboxen gilt eine Garantie auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler für 2 Jahre ab dem ursprünglichen Kaufdatum.
Hier sind einige wichtige Punkte, die Sie bei unserer Garantie beachten sollten:
- Die Garantie gilt für den Erstkäufer der Box.
- Die Garantie umfasst keine Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, strukturelle Veränderungen des Produkts oder Belastungen entstanden sind, die die vom Hersteller angegebenen physikalischen Grenzen der verwendeten Materialien überschreiten.
- Normaler Verschleiß (Gebrauchsspuren, Patina, leichte Oberflächenveränderungen) ist von der Garantie ausgeschlossen
- Die Garantie umfasst keine Haftung für zufällige oder Folgeschäden, die sich aus dem Gebrauch des Produkts ergeben.
- Für gewerbliche Nutzung (B2B, Vereine, Kommunen) gelten gesonderte Garantiebedingungen – wir klären diese individuell im Angebot.
Bei Inanspruchnahme der Herstellergarantie muss der Mangel direkt bei der EBERT BG GmbH angezeigt werden. Die EBERT BG GmbH wird die Mängel nach eigenem Ermessen durch Reparatur oder Austausch beheben. Durch Inanspruchnahme einer Garantieleistung wird die Laufzeit nicht unterbrochen und beginnt nicht von Neuem.
Die gesetzlichen Mängelrechte des Käufers bleiben von dieser freiwilligen Herstellergarantie unberührt.

EBERT BG GmbH grants a manufacturer's warranty to
its end customers. All CAGOON AEROSTUFFY
multifunctional boxes are **warranted against
defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years**
from the original date of purchase.
Here are some important points to note about our
warranty:
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by
improper use, structural modifications of the
product, or loads exceeding the manufacturer's
stated physical limits of the materials used.
- Normal wear and tear (traces of use, patina,
minor surface changes) is excluded from the
warranty.
- The warranty does not cover liability for
accidental or consequential damage resulting from
the use of the product.
- Commercial use (B2B, clubs, municipalities) is
subject to individual warranty terms – we
clarify these in the commercial offer.
If a claim is made under the manufacturer's
warranty, the defect must be reported directly to
EBERT BG GmbH. EBERT BG GmbH will rectify the
defects at its own discretion by repair or
replacement. The term is not interrupted and does
not begin anew when a warranty claim is made.
Statutory consumer rights of the buyer remain
unaffected by this voluntary manufacturer's
warranty.

EBERT BG GmbH grants a manufacturer's warranty to its end customers. All CAGOON AEROSTUFFY L multifunctional boxes are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original date of purchase. Here are some important points to note about our warranty:
- The warranty only applies to the original owner
- The warranty is void if the product is used commercially
- structurally altered, damaged through improper use
- or has been subjected to a load that exceeds the normal physical limits of the materials used for the housing or components.
- Normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty
- The warranty does not cover any responsibility for accidental or consequential damage resulting from the use of the product.
If a claim is made under the manufacturer's warranty, the defect must be reported directly to EBERT BG GmbH. EBERT BG GmbH will rectify the defects at its own discretion by repair or replacement. The term is not interrupted and does not begin anew when a warranty claim is made.
